Our Policy / Returns


Once you have placed your order we do not begin processing your order till the Next Business day after payment has been cleared.

In the event of a holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day as well.

If You would like to cancel your order you have 3 hours from the time you had placed your order to cancel.

We ask that you pay careful attention when placing your order.

Please Note If you cancel your order refunds to your Credit Card takes 7 - 10 Business days.



Delivery time takes 7- 10 Business days including shipping time.

Business days are (Monday to Friday) Please DO NOT count the weekends and Holidays as Business days.

If you are purchasing an item on sale, please note that the processing time could be longer.

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on the website.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking information by email.

Shipping Delays:

Please keep in mind United States Postal holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for issues related to carrier delays. we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

we operate under the "F.O.B. Origin, freight prepaid Seller" this means that the Hair is the responsibility of buyer after the product has been shipped out.

You have the option to add insurance to your package during checkout. this will cover the cost if your package gets lost in the mail.

If you choose not to add shipping insurance please note Gigi's Beautiful Locs is NOT responsible

    If You Have A Special Occasion:

    We strongly recommend not waiting until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement

    it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays.

    We cannot be held responsible for late shipments due to increments weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

    Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

    If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.


    International orders are shipped through USPS Express International.

    Customers are fully responsible for all duties and taxes that may be associated with their purchase. Currency Converter

    You are responsible for checking with your local government for these rates.

    We do not collect or control this fee. It is imposed and collected by your local government.

    Please Note that we are located in the US and the total that you see during checkout may change on your ends depending on where you are located.

    Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

    International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country.

    It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required Payment.

    Customers are fully responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by their country for the purchase.These fees are to be paid by you and can be significant. You are responsible for checking with your local government for rates. We will not refund an order because you do not want to pay taxes or duties charged by your local government agencies.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

    Gigi's Beautiful Locs accepts the following forms of payment. (all major credit cards and the Western Union ).


    Refund Policy
    We are more than happy to accommodate returns for a Exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customer.   All uninstalled.UNOPENED/UNUSED merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 3 calendar Business days from the time you received your order 
    (for US Continental orders) 

    (for International or US military installation orders)  within 7 calendar Business days from the original invoice date for an Exchange Only
    All returned items MUST be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, i.e. uncombed, rubber band/ribbon intact, hair unprocessed, weft and hair length uncut etc. 
    A restocking fee of 15% will apply. These terms apply to all refunds. 
    Customers must inform Gigi's Beautiful Locs of any order discrepancy within 3 calendar Business days from the shipment delivery date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

    All returns must include a copy of your invoice.

    Please Email us at Gigibeautifullocs@gmail.com to have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number sent to you via email.

    We will then provide you with our return address where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Opened merchandise will not qualify for an exchange .  

    If you are outside of the Continental U.S., please mark on your package  “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you from Customs.

    Canceling an Order
    You may request that an order be canceled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Email us to request a cancellation  ( Gigi's Beautiful Locs ). You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-7 business days. 
    At Gigi's Beautiful Locs we would absolutely appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns clear before placing your order.

    Please contact our customer service first to resolve any discrepancies. If for any reason you must return your hair purchase, we will not be responsible for any shipping fees or returned packages lost during the shipment.  You must keep your original post office receipt with tracking number to claim the compensation. All returned packages must be insured. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges.

    • Send your return to us with the RMA number and a copy of your invoice.

    Once your order is received you will have 3 days to inspect bundles.

    If you are not satisfied with purchase Please email Us before returning an item! Gigibeautifullocs@gmail.com

    We encourage all clients to inspect your package once received!If you are not satisfied with your purchase please DO NOT, disturb the pattern of the bundles.

    Contact us within 3 days after deliver for returns or exchanges. No return or exchange request can be made after 3 days NO EXCEPTIONS

    For any of these transactions to be honored the bundle(s) must be returned in its brand NEW condition.

    No exchange/ Refund after 3 days of having hair in your possession.

    BY FEDERAL LAW: We are not able to receive any used human hair products whatsoever due to health code violations.

    All Sales are final on Closures/ Frontal, Bundle Deals, Lace Wigs, Custom made wigs and Customized orders and items that are on sale!

    Please note that Virgin hair is all natural and the Color / Pattern cannot always be guaranteed so refunds or exchanges may not be issued for dissatisfaction with the texture or color of hair

    G.G.B.L. does not offer money back returns. (EXCHANGES ONLY.)

    There are no exceptions to this rule. G.G.B.L. has a very strict quality control process to ensure that you receive only the best extensions.

    Due to health reasons, we will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition.

    The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, Uncut Zip-ties, Un-colored and all tags and packaging must be included. We ask that you pay careful attention when placing your order. If you are returning an item you are responsible for the shipping cost to and from. Meaning that you will pay shipping to return the item and to re-ship the new item back to you. When shipping your items back, we advise that you ship with a carrier that provides a tracking number and also signature service. For items returned there is also a $35 restocking fee for the product you are exchanging.

    We can not be held responsible for hair that has been bleached or dyed. By doing so is done at the risk of the buyer as it may change the integrity of the hair. We strongly recommend that you have your extensions colored professionally by a licensed hair stylist.
