Shipping Delays

Please keep in mind United States Postal holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for issues related to carrier delays. we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

we operate under the "F.O.B. Origin, freight prepaid Seller" this means that the Hair is the responsibility of buyer after the product has been shipped out.


You have the option to add insurance to your package during checkout. this will cover the cost if your package gets lost in the mail.

If you choose not to add shipping insurance please note Gigi's Beautiful Locs is NOT responsible

Once you have received a tracking number and your package has been
scanned into USPS contact USPS for shipping problems and not Gigi's Beautiful Locs. 
Gigi's Beautiful Locs will not give reimbursements for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged shipments.

International Shipments are sometimes more likely to be delayed and must clear customs.
Do not contact Gigi's Beautiful Locs about international delays contact the carrier your tracking number is associated with. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country and it is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize yourself with the policies. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments excluding phone orders. There is no refunds or exchanges on international orders. Gigi's Beautiful Locs is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or incorrectly addressed packages. Once your order is submitted all sales are final on international orders and cannot be returned or exchanged.
