Since our closure is custom made to order, we can not accept returns nor do we provide refunds. As soon as you place your order with us, it goes into production. If you need to cancel your order for a custom closure, you MUST contact us within 3 hours later from the time you placed your order.
After this time, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Therefore you can not cancel your order a couple of days later just because you changed your mind.
Also, Under Federal Law, you cannot return human hair products which have been used, due to hygiene purposes. We are not responsible for any alterations that the customer does to the hair, for example, chemical processing, coloring, cutting, or texturizing.
If for any reason our company has made a mistake with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package to qualify for an exchange ONE EXCHANGE PER PURCHASE The hair must remain in the exact state as it was when you received the package to qualify for an exchange. We suggest that you fully inspect your package upon receiving it.
